Advanced Squad is for children aged 9+ Years that can swim distance in all four strokes technically correct. Children in the advanced squad will build experiencing in racing & be working towards building, speed, strength, lengthening strokes & reducing lap times.

This Level is 90 minutes in duration with a maximum of 4 students per lane. Children in this level are required to swim 2 or more sessions per week.
