Fee Policy
- All fees are to be paid in full by the 15th of each month
- Direct debit offered weekly (on Mondays) or monthly on the 15th
- Overdue accounts may result in your child's/children places being cancelled and offered to the next person on the waiting list
Our Class Make-Up Policy
Missed Lessons
All classes are to be paid for regardless of attendance. When a lesson is missed, a make-up lesson may be offered. To be eligible for a make-up lesson, notification must be given prior to the commencement of the class. Notification can be made through our parent portal at
www.northwyongaquacentre.com.au or by phoning the centre on
(02) 4353 4066.
Make-Up Lessons
Make-up lessons may be booked up to a week in advance, subject to availability. Make-up classes will remain valid for a period of 60 days and will not be credited towards fees.
Make-Up lessons are limited to 2 per student per month.
All fees must be paid to date to be able to book a make-up lesson.
