Fee Policy

  • All fees are to be paid in full by the 15th of each month
  • Direct debit offered weekly (on Mondays) or monthly on the 15th
  • Overdue accounts may result in your child's/children places being cancelled and offered to the next person on the waiting list

Our Class Make-Up Policy

Missed Lessons
All classes are to be paid for regardless of attendance. When a lesson is missed, a make-up lesson may be offered. To be eligible for a make-up lesson, notification must be given prior to the commencement of the class. Notification can be made through our parent portal or by phoning the centre on (02) 4353 4066.


Make-Up Lessons

Make-up lessons may be booked up to a week in advance, subject to availability. Make-up classes will remain valid for a period of 60 days and will not be credited towards fees.


Make-Up lessons are limited to 2 per student per month.


All fees must be paid to date to be able to book a make-up lesson.
